Telstra International Launches the Customer Portal: The Telstra Hub

Online account information portal delivers greater visibility and control

7th April 2008: Telstra International today launched the Telstra Hub, an online portal specifically designed to provide customers with increased visibility and control over their Telstra services.

The portal is a, web-based application, available via Telstra’s website at www.telstra-international.co.uk/hub. It means that, through access to detailed information about their accounts which is available 24/7, IT Managers can enjoy complete convenience and flexibility of day-to-day account management.

The Hub is representative of Telstra’s commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service. As such it is available all customers - as standard - and offers:

  •  Complete network visibility and monitoring through Telstra’s recently-enhanced Service Tools portal, to support decision-making regarding network and hosting management and optimisation
  •  Visibility of current orders, with updates available in realtime for the smooth implementation of new services and solutions
  •  Ticketing and fault reporting capabilities, including progress reports, to support the immediate management of service issues

Development of the Hub continues and Telstra will announce a series of new capabilities in the coming months, including the incorporation of an enhanced billing platform.
