Simon Vye, Chief Executive Officer, EMEA Telstra International

As Chief Executive Officer Simon leads Telstra International, Europe, Middle East and Africa delivering profitable growth and driving value for customers and shareholders alike.

Simon is a senior executive within the European Telecommunications industry with more than 20 years international experience and he joined Telstra Europe from AT&T where he was Director of European Headquartered Global Accounts. Before that, Simon was the Managing Director of COLT Telecommunications responsible for the UK, Scandinavia and Benelux, restructuring and focusing the businesses, re-invigorating aggressive growth plans.

Simon has an excellent track record in general management, sales management, solutions sales for Fortune 100 companies, fixed and mobile telecommunications organisations, IT consultancies and media companies.  His experience is gained in both large corporate and start-up environments working previously for EUPC, Global One and Sprint in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
